City Council Repeals July 2020 Mask Mandate

Reynoldsburg City Council voted Monday to lift its citywide mask mandate for those who've received the COVID-19 vaccine.

The vote comes after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released its updated guidance that said people who've received the COVID-19 vaccine and are considered to be fully vaccinated -- that is, 2 weeks after your second dose in a two-dose vaccine series or 2 weeks after you get a one-dose vaccine--could resume most indoor and outdoor activities without needing to wear a mask, including attending events and crowded gatherings.
Residents are asked to follow CDC guidelines and State of Ohio requirements.

City Hall is open to the public Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., or by appointment.   The main phone number for any office in the Municipal Building is (614) 322-6800. While the mask requirement has been lifted at city buildings for both employees and the public, those who choose to wear masks are more than welcome to do so.
